If a person is dying and the organs are useable, why not use it to save other people lives. If the organs can save other people's lives, i think it is also meaningful for the person himself, to be able to help someone in his situation. I do not think it is immoral or anything to be selling your own organs, provided that you are doing it for a good cause. If you are selling your own organs for money, i will recommend you to think twice, it is not healthy and what's more, how much can a kidney ( or anything you can possibly dig out from your body and sell it to the person who wants it for i do not know how much ) possibly last you. 2 months? Or are they trying to say that after the money is used up you'll grow another kidney and sell it again. Without the kidney your health will be affected. Which, ( if you continue selling your already very little organs ) you'll be living on a heart and lungs? Nonsense, it is not possible. Selling your organs for money is just a short term solution, it has its limitations (geog geog) and not feasible at all.
